Joyce M. Connolly, account executive, offers over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, with an emphasis on group health and life insurance planning. She is responsible for the design, implementation and management of the employee benefits group insurance programs for small businesses and middle market companies.

As a licensed life, health and disability insurance professional in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Joyce maintains on-going relationships with local and regional insurance carriers to provide clients with the most progressive, comprehensive and cost-effective product offerings.

As a Registered Health Underwriter®, Joyce is proficient in analyzing existing plan designs, and developing contribution strategies and tax-saving account options. She interfaces with businesses to ensure compliance with federal and state insurance rules and regulations. Joyce also oversees the day-to-day administration of service and claim issues.

The chartered benefit consultant (CBC) designation identifies Joyce as an expert in consumer-driven health plans, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).

Joyce is enrolled at The American College, pursuing the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designation. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters.
